Safety training is essential for anyone who goes to sea. Training once used to be enough, but now a refresher course every five years is mandatory. This helps improve safety and prevent accidents. "Sharing safety information and cooperating with other ships and sectors is crucial. Always wear a life jacket, be aware of hazards, and talk about safety. By discussing problems and leading by example, we make sure everyone gets home safely."
