Leon is Captain of the Amazone. The Captain has a lot of responsibilities. “On a ship, everyone needs to know where the others are and what they are doing. Anyone who has had an accident, helps new crew members by sharing their experience. It is my job to facilitate this and to make clear what my expectations are.”
